TOP TEN SITES TO VISIT WHEN YOU ARE IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA FOR THE FIRST TIME

10- Hoover Dam: comes in the 10^th place on our list of sites to visit when you’re in Phoenix, Arizona. Due to its location at the borders of Arizona and Nevada it is not a destination by itself. Whether you’re on your way to Las Vegas from Phoenix or the other way around, it is a fun stop to consider. While You’re there search for the shoe steps and the marks on the sidewalk that will lead you to put each of your feet in a state at the same time. Don’t miss that photo or selfie across the Dam. This majestic dam is the highest concrete arch dam in the United States which is at least 80 years old, constructed between 1930 and 1936. It mainly provides hydroelectric power, agricultural irrigation, and domestic water supply but it also a major sightseeing destination, with some seven million visitors a year. While reading about Hoover Dam after our visit, we learned that we could have booked a tour inside the dam. This is something that you might want to investigate!
